For 35 years Sammy Papert has sold, researched and consulted with newspapers. Initially, with the Papert Companies, selling tens of millions of dollars in advertising for 500 middle and small market newspapers; next, as CEO of Belden Associates conducting strategic sales surveys for newspapers and advertisers; and, currently via Wormhole, where he evaluates and promotes companies interested in selling their services to the industry. In this session Papert will cover the top sales priorities he has learned and refined through the years to grow audience, streamline processes and, most importantly, grow sales.
